Job Description
Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Facility Manager in the Whitsundays region (Mackay). You will lead day-to-day operations, drive quality care, and ensure accreditation standards while maximising revenue and staff performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will mentor clinical leads, manage budgets, HR processes, and promote a secure, person-centred environment. AHPRA RN with leadership background is required; salary packaging and relocation support are offered.
