Recovery Alliance Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred and trauma-informed support to clients facing complex mental health challenges in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs and CBD.
You will collaborate with Client Care Coordinators and the broader team, follow individual support and Behaviour Support Plans, maintain accurate progress notes, and help clients work toward goals while promoting safety, dignity and independence.
