We are advertising on behalf of our client "Bright Beginnings Learning Centre" Location: GLENDENNING NSW **** Salary: $73,000~$75,000 + 11.5% Super Our Client, Bright Beginnings Learning Centre is looking for a Full Time Childcare Worker to join their team. Your duties might include by not limited to:
n
n
Ensuring the children have positive hygiene and changing diapers as necessary
n
Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
n
Preparing meals and snacks for the kids
n
Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children
n
Developing a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day
n
Keeping records of each child's progress,



interests and any problems that may occur
n
Maintaining contact with the children's parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency
n
Requirements n
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Relevant Qualification
n
Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in similar industry
n
Current
n
n
First aid Certificate in an education and care setting
n
n
Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
n
Demonstrate understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
n
