Joy in Movement (J.I.M) is seeking a Studio and Digital Manager to lead our new Manuka and Belconnen Markets studios.
The role combines studio leadership with a tech-powered fitness community, requiring a people-first mindset, sales drive, and social media fluency.
You will manage memberships, oversee studio operations, craft engaging content, and foster partnerships to grow our presence in the local fitness community.
A agile, autonomous role with flexible scheduling is offered.
