Job Description
Coates is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‐performing sales team across the Perth and SouthWest region. Based in Belmont, you'll coach seven direct reports and build executive‐level customer relationships in construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

You'll spend substantial time in the field, shaping regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding share of wallet. Solid leadership, strategic selling and data‐driven decision making are essential.
