An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced
Project Coordinator
to join its Canberra-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator with
2+ years' experience
looking to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of capital works, property and infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and key internal and external stakeholders, you will provide project coordination and administrative support across projects from planning through to delivery.
The role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide project coordination and administrative support across multiple projects
Assist Project Managers with project planning, reporting, documentation and tracking
Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes and actions
Maintain project registers, schedules, documentation and reporting systems
Assist with consultant and contractor coordination
Support procurement, tendering and contract administration processes
Track project budgets, costs, variations and commitments
Assist with project reporting and preparation of management updates
Coordinate project documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately
Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants,
contractors and suppliers
Support projects through design, procurement, construction and close-out phases
About You
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Officer or similar role
Experience within
property, construction, infrastructure, engineering, architecture or a project environment
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant tertiary qualifications in
Construction, Project Management, Property, Engineering or a related discipline
are desirable
