Commercial Property Lawyer (3–4 PQE)
to join its growing team.
About the Role n
You'll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:
n

Acquisitions and disposals
n
Commercial and retail leasing
n
Property development and subdivisions
n
Conveyancing (commercial and residential)
n
Lending, securities and related commercial work
n
General property advisory matters
n
n
The role offers direct client contact, strong workflow, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior practitioners in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
About You n
We're interested in lawyers who have:
n
n




3–4 years' post‐admission experience in commercial property
n
Solid transactional experience and strong attention to detail
n
Confidence managing files and communicating directly with clients
n
A personable, practical and solutions‐focused approach
n
