Geelong-based CIVELITE is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily in office operations for our civil construction projects in Victoria. This full-time role ensures work is delivered on time, to quality standards and in alignment with client expectations.

You will oversee labour, subcontractors, plant and materials, enforce health and safety compliance, monitor progress against schedules and budgets, and maintain accurate site records while coordinating with management and clients.
