Melbourne Health and Royal Park GEM ward in Melbourne are seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to deliver person-centred care to older adults with complex needs, collaborating with Registered Nurses and a skilled multidisciplinary team.
You will contribute to assessment, care planning and risk management, bringing solid communication and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for older people in a public hospital setting at the Parkville Precinct.
