Job Description
Mitre 10 Maitland is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead our store in Maitland.
You will report to the Group Operations Manager, drive sales, manage store performance and build a high‐performing team culture that delivers outstanding customer service.
This hands‐on leadership role coaches and supports the team, drives operational excellence and shapes the store's success with a focus on profitability, safety and customer outcomes.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm.
