Sunday Sustainable Bakery is seeking a energetic Retail Bakery Manager to lead our Byron Bay flagship store, overseeing front-of-house operations, staff, and daily service standards to deliver outstanding products and experiences.
You will manage rostering, stock, pricing with group management, and drive sales while maintaining Food Safety and hygiene compliance.
