Job Description
Hogan Care in Geelong North, Victoria, is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred, culturally secure care that supports independence and wellbeing.
You will assist with daily living, document progress, follow care plans, and respond to emergencies.
Ideal applicants have empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with relevant qualifications and up-to-date First Aid/CPR.
