Job Description
Ballantyne, a family-owned dairy manufacturer in Melbourne, is looking for a reliable machine operator to join our close-knit team.
You will operate and monitor dairy processing equipment, ensure product quality, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines.
This role requires 1–2 years of experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work across Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts, including weekends.
You'll collaborate with maintenance and production staff to keep lines running safely and
