Job Description
Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Participant Support Officer to deliver frontline customer service for a government client across NSW.
You will handle face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries and support participants and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
This long-term labour-hire role requires onsite work and a full time training period, with opportunities to contribute to service delivery improvements and cross-team collaboration.
