We are looking for experienced recruitment advisors to join our team on a casual basis with opportunities for extension. These roles offer the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, deliver quality recruitment outcomes, and support high-volume blue-collar workforces across our business.

The Position
n
n
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of blue-collar roles.
n
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, proactively source talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
n
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while maintaining strict compliance standards.

The Person
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment (preferred)
n
Robust understanding of recruitment compliance,



onboarding, and employment documentation
n
Proven experience sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles and building talent pipelines in challenging or regional markets
n
The ability to manage a high-volume recruitment workload while maintaining attention to detail
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
A strong focus on candidate experience and service delivery
n
The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and take ownership of your recruitment portfolio
n
A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
n
