Job Description
The Galway Hooker Irish Pub on The Esplanade near Scarborough Beach is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen, own day-to-day operations and deliver consistent, high-quality pub-style dishes.
You will manage prep, service, stock, costs and food safety while developing a strong kitchen team.
We value hands-on leaders who can thrive in a busy workplace and bring energy to service, with opportunities to shape the menu and standards across the venue.
