Job Description
Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks an Associate Director - Offshore Engineering Services to lead the global offshore engineering program.
The role oversees strategy, delivery, and the establishment of an Outsource Delivery Center (ODC) and transitions to a Global Capabilities Center (GCC) model.
You will drive technical excellence, stakeholder relationships, and compliance with industry standards while growing the offshore team and capabilities across ADM functions.
