We're seeking a motivated
Horticultural Plant Sourcer / Office Administrator
to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
About the Role n
This is a diverse position combining technical plant procurement and office administration. You will leverage your horticultural background to source the right species for complex client briefs, while keeping our office systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Plant Sourcing & Technical Procurement n
n
Source quality stock utilizing your horticultural knowledge to verify species accurately from growers across NSW.
n
Interpret landscape plans and client briefs to assist with technical plant selection and substitutions.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry suppliers and production specialists.
n
Office Administration n
n
Process orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
n
Provide expert customer service via phone and email, confidently answering plant inquiries.
n




Liaise closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams.
n
General administrative support as required to keep the office running efficiently.
n
About You n
n
Horticultural qualification (Certificate III or higher in Horticulture, Nursery Operations, or a related field) or equivalent comprehensive industry experience is highly desirable.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
n
Confident communicator capable of discussing plant specifications professionally with landscapers, suppliers, and developers.
n
Competent with Microsoft Office (experience with Xero software is highly regarded).
n
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
