The Role
n
Programmed Energy & Resources is currently seeking an experienced
Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer
to join our team and to further your skills and ability within the mining sector.
n
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines.
n
This role is a 40hr week, Monday - Friday located in our new office in Welshpool.
n
The main responsibilities of this roles are:
n
n
Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
n
Source & pipeline talent from multiple channels
n
High volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns and labour hire across Western Australia
n
Source new candidates and grow existing talent pool.
n
Maintaining mobilisation trackers
n
Ensuring qualifications for candidates and potential employees are obtained and current
n
Manage the on-boarding for any current employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc. D&A; testing.
n
Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
2+ years experience within
Recruitment/Mobilisation
for top tier mining companies
n
Competent in use of MS Office
n
Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
n
Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
n
Ability to work under pressure and multi task
n
Strong computer and administration skills
n
MyPass / Page Up / Fast Track System Exposure
(Advantageous)
n
A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
n
