About the Role
n
We're currently seeking experienced and caring candidates to support a male participant in Rathdowney with MS. MUST have experience with personal care (continence aids, showering, dysphagia) & manual handling
(hoists/wheelchair).
The role requires a calm, confident support worker with experience with wheelchair support and working with physical disabilities.

You Will
n

Support with daily living tasks and personal care
n
Implement care plans & behaviour support strategies
n
Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
n
Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
n
Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
NDIS Orientation Completion Certificate
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check,



Blue Card, First Aid and CPR
n
Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in support work, community services, or a related field
n
n
