Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited is seeking a proactive Fitter/Operations Coordinator to be the key on-site representative at Phosphate Hill Mine. The role combines mechanical maintenance (90%) with equipment coordination and customer service to ensure equipment is available, secure and ready for use for our customers.

This FIFO role from Townsville offers 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm), seven days on site with flights, accommodation and meals provided.
