Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Dandenong is seeking an experienced Process Assistant for the inbound area on day shift (7am - 5pm). You will support the Area Manager, guide team members to follow processes and ensure smooth daily operations.

This hands-on role provides practical exposure to workflows, tools and production goals. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
