The Middle Pub in Mullumbimby is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is predominantly based at The Middle Pub, with cross-training at Banya Bathhouse to gain exposure to two distinct menus.

You will be trained across both venues, working alongside our team to deliver simple, tasty dishes that locals and visitors love. A fast-paced, supportive kitchen setting with above-award pay awaits the right candidate.
