The Bays Healthcare Group in Mornington is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Day Infusion Service within Oncology. This part-time role (60 hours per fortnight) combines clinical leadership with operational management to deliver protected, patient-centred chemotherapy and infusion care.
You will mentor the nursing team, coordinate scheduling, ensure governance and safety standards, and work closely with oncologists and pharmacists to optimise patient flow and outcomes.
