Job Description
AWAHS in Albury, NSW is seeking an Outreach Nurse to deliver mobile health services to Aboriginal communities across Benalla and Wangaratta. Based at Albury, you will operate a fully equipped mobile health van and provide health assessments, chronic disease care, wound treatment, and education on prevention.

You will collaborate with GPs, hospitals and health providers to coordinate care and advocate for clients.
