About the Role n
This is a varied warehouse position that supports both our
Automation Picking & Decanting Operations
and our
Manual Order Picking Team
. Depending on operational requirements, workload, and business needs, you may move between different warehouse functions throughout your shift.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Work at the automation pod, picking orders directly from the automation system, boxing them with precision, and sending them to dispatch;
n
Replenishing the automation system by decanting products into the system's totes;
n
Using an RF scanner and trolley to accurately and efficiently hand pick products for customer orders;
n
Packing orders to company standards with strong attention to detail;
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, efficient and positive work environment;
n
Assisting with general warehouse support tasks as directed;
n
Working collaboratively with multiple warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets.

Hours of Work n
Casual hours will be rostered
Monday to Friday
across three shift patterns:
n
n
6:00am to 2:00pm
n
8:00am to 4:00pm
n
2:00pm to 10:00pm
n
n
with the
potential
to work
Saturday
shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
n
Weeklyshifts are indicated on a weekly roster and may vary from 3-6 shifts per week depending on workload, productivity and availability. Flexibility to work across all shift patterns, including additional shifts when required, will be highly regarded.
n
Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays is essential.
What You Will Bring n
n
Confidence using electronic and computer-based systems
n
Experience using RF scanners is advantageous but not essential
n
A team-first attitude and ability to work independently
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
A customer service mindset and strong attention to details
n
Physical capability to perform consistent manual tasks, including:
n
Standing for extended periods
n
Lifting products
n
Pushing picking trolleys
n
General warehouse duties
n
n
