Job Description
Pathway Talent is partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Community Partnership Coordinator for a youth-focused psychosocial support program. The role is part time and fixed-term through 30 June ****, aimed at helping young people up to 25 affected by suicide-related distress, suicidality or self-harm.
