You will lead teaching and learning within your room, mentor your educators and help shape our educational approach. Working closely with our directors, owners and Educational Leader, you'll contribute to conversations and decisions about curriculum, environments and quality practice.
Monthly early childhood research meetings n
Explore research with colleagues, discuss what it means for children and connect it to everyday teaching. These meetings create space to question assumptions, share observations and consider approaches you can bring back to your room.

Your role n
You'll lead a thoughtful curriculum that connects children's interests, strengths and emerging ideas with purposeful teaching. In partnership with your team, you will:

Bring intentional teaching into play, conversations, routines and investigations.
n

Create welcoming, inclusive environments that encourage curiosity and extend children's thinking.
n
n
Use observation, documentation and reflection to understand learning and guide your next steps.
n
n
Mentor educators,
building their confidence and a shared understanding of your teaching approach.

n
Partner with families and draw on their knowledge of their children.
n
n
Contribute to research discussions and share ideas that strengthen practice across Grace Village.
