We are an established and well-regarded law firm based in

, and we are looking for a motivated
Solicitor with 0-4 years post-admission experience (PAE)
to join our team.

The Role n
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial and property matters, including:

Commercial and residential property transactions
n
Leasing
n
Sale and purchase of businesses
n
Contract preparation and negotiation
n
Property planning and development
n
Business transaction and documentation
n
General commercial advisory work
n
Working directly with clients and other professional advisers
n
n
The role will provide exposure to quality work and the chance to develop your technical skills and client relationships while being supported by an experienced team.
About You n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Holds a current NSW Practicing Certificate
n
Has 0-4 years PAE
n
Has an interest in commercial and/or property law
n




Has strong attention to detail and a practical approach to legal work
n
Communicates confidently and professionally
n
Is keen to learn and develop their career
n
Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team
n
Takes pride in providing high-quality client service
n
n
Prior experience in commercial or property law is welcomed, but we are also interested in candidates who have a genuine interest in developing their practice in these areas.
