Job Description
RAC WA in Joondalup is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant to join the Joondalup Contact Centre in October. This full-time role handles the first point of contact for over 1.3 million RAC members.

You will grow knowledge through training, manage ***** member interactions daily, and navigate multiple systems to deliver trusted support and tailored solutions. The base salary is 69,****** AUD plus super, with bonuses and shift loading and transparent opportunities for career growth.
