Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group in Queensland, is hiring a Career Coach to support people with disability, injury or health conditions on their job-readiness journey, from coaching through applications and interviews.

You will work across Strathpine and Chermside, build relationships with clients and employers, and help participants access upskilling, work experience, and pathways to sustainable employment while upholding inclusive, person-centred practice.
