Job Description
Proclinical Staffing seeks a Post Harvest Lead to manage and optimise post-harvest operations in a medicinal cannabis facility in Collie, WA. You will lead a team, ensure pharmaceutical-grade hygiene, and drive continuous improvement in drying, curing, trimming, and packaging.

You will develop and train staff on SOPs, maintain robust batch documentation, and collaborate with cultivation and GMP manufacturing teams to meet release-ready product specifications.
