You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.
n
n
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to work in a great team setting. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

Shifts include Morning + Afternoon + Night shifts covering leave periods.

Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
n

Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
n
n
Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
n

Abide by Aged Care Standards
n

Work as an effective team member
n

nAbout you? n
n
n
n
Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
n
n
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
n
n
Effective written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
n
n
n
