Beecham Motors is seeking a Qualified
Mechanic/Automotive
Technician to join our dedicated team of highly qualified technicians in a excellent team environment, with a well-equipped workshop. An experienced technician with Nissan, Suzuki, or Renault Manufacturer training is preferred but not essential.

We are a second-generation family owned and operated Nissan,Suzuki, Renault, and Used car dealership, located in Caboolturejust a short drive north of Brisbane.Our dealership has been in operation for39years, values a strong sense of family, and employs around 30great local people in the Sales, Service, Parts and Finance divisions.

What We Offer:

5 day working week – No weekend work. Flexibility for the right candidate.

Market-competitive salary: Salary at 20% above Award + Commission + 12% Super (on top)
n
Good Conditions: 4 Weeks paid Annual Leave and 10 Days Sick Leave

Probation of 3 months

What We're Looking For:
n
If you are a Master Tech, Senior Tech, or specialize in Diagnosis we want YOU!
n
Nissan,Suzuki, or Renault Manufacturer training preferred but not essential.
n
Exceptional technical and product knowledge, diagnosis, and repair skills
n
Make recommendations for additional work to the customer's vehicle based on diagnostics
n
Ability to work in a friendly team environment
n
Essential Skills for the Role:
n
Great communication and time management skills.
n
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
n
Current manual Australian Driver's License.
n
Willingness to learn and work with Service Manager and the team as needed.
n
Passion for the Automotive Industry.
n
