We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to join a
leadinginfrastructure
organisation based in North Ryde.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
n
Handle approximately 25 to 35 active vacancies concurrently
n
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
n
Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates
n
Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications
n
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration
n
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
n




Maintain recruitment systems and reporting requirements
n
About You n
n
Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant
n
Ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments
n
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
n
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail recruitment will be highly regarded
n
Comfortable working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
n
