We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our team full-time over the busy Christmas period in our Byron Bay office.
n
This is a
full-time casual position running through to approximately 22 December
, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

A Day In Your Shoes

Processing online orders using Shopify and StarShipit
n
n
Assisting customers via phone, email and live chat
n
n
Helping resolve delivery, order and product enquiries
n
n
Supporting day-to-day office administration
n
n
Liaising with our dispatch team during our busiest period
n
n
Working closely with our small team to keep everything running smoothly
n
n

Full-Time Casual – Christmas Period
n Monday to Friday
n 8:30am – 4:30pm

Based in our Byron Bay office.
