Job Description
Moyne Health Services is seeking a Health Care Worker to deliver safe, person-centred care for residents and participants in Port Fairy and surrounding Moyne Shire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to uphold residents' rights, dignity and individuality, supporting independence and meaningful daily life.

The role requires Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Home and Community Care and solid communication skills, with emphasis on teamwork and compliance with Strengthened Aged Care
