Job Description
JDL Medical in Ipswich, Queensland is seeking a warm, reliable Medical Receptionist to join our specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice. You will manage front desk duties and coordinate patient flow to support a small, patient-centered team.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, handle billing and Medicare/HICAPS payments, and assist with basic administrative tasks. Full training provided with growth opportunities in clinical administration.
