The group has a fleet of approximately 100 prime movers, over 450 trailers and 30,000 sqm of warehousing. GTS has a strong reputation in the transport industry due to its focus on customer service, safety and compliance.
We are currently seeking experienced MC Drivers to complete trips from Adelaide – Mildura – Adelaide, Monday – Friday, Departing 7am daily. The successful applicant we will be required to load in Adelaide prior to departure. Duties Will Include But Not Limited To n
n
Daily vehicle checks and fitness for duty.
n




Delivery of allocated freight to required locations as per customer timeslot.
n
Loading and unloading.
n
Understanding of load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines.
n
Refueling and cleanliness of allocated equipment.
n
Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays.
n
To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes: n
n
Hold a current Unrestricted MC license.
n
At least 2 years MC linehaul experience.
n
Reliable and enthusiastic.
n
Transparent communicator and must be punctual.
n
Strong understanding and commitment to safety.
n
Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation would be an advantage.
n
Training and induction will be provided.
n
To be eligible for full time employment you will be required to meet the following employment criteria which will include but not be limited to; n
n
Federal Police Check
n
Full Medical and functional testing.
n
Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
n
The successful candidate will enjoy; n
