SMEC, part of the Surbana Jurong Group, seeks an experienced Pavement Engineer - Site Supervisor to lead pavement construction supervision for a major highway project in Timor-Leste.

The successful candidate will supervise all pavement-related construction activities, ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and contract requirements, and oversee material selection, QC and performance monitoring.
