The Role n
Reporting directly to the
Club Manager
, you will be the face of our club. Your primary focus will be driving membership sales, welcoming members, and ensuring an exceptional, high-energy experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities n

Growth & Sales:
Handing inbound inquiries, conducting club tours, and converting prospects into passionate members.
n
n
Member Experience:
Providing a welcoming environment at the front desk and supporting members on their fitness journeys.
n
n
Community & Marketing:




Assisting the Club Manager with local outreach, in-club events, and creating engaging social media content.
n
n
Club Standards:
Maintaining top-tier club presentation, hygiene, safety, and basic administrative tasks.
n
What You'll Bring n

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills - you love talking to people!
