Subject Matter Expert (SME)- SAP

Role Summary
n
TheDirects ProcurementSME provides
functionalexpertiseand
business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents
andvalidatesbusiness
requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
ProvideDirects Procurement domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
n
n
n
Document andvalidatecurrent-state processes and business requirements (including pain
points/opportunities).
n
n
n
Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
n
n
n
Participate in workshops/design discussions; review
andvalidateproposed
process/system changes.
n
n
n
Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation whererequired.
n
n
n
Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
n
n
n
Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
n
n
n
Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
n
n
n
Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree.
n
n
n
Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
n
n
n
Able to document requirements andprocesses andtranslate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
n
n
n




Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).
n
n
n
Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
n
n
n
SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience isadvantageous.
n
n
n

knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.

n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
