We are now looking for a driven Assistant Club Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Salamander Bay club.
The Role n
This is a full-time position where you will work closely with the Club Manager to drive membership growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, and maintain high operational standards within the club.
Key responsibilities include: n

Supporting the Club Manager with daily club operations
n
Delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests
n
Managing membership enquiries and converting leads into recent members
n
Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to grow the club
n




Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment
n
Supporting member retention and community engagement
n
Completing administrative tasks including membership management and reporting
n
What We're Looking For n
We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and passionate about health and fitness.
Ideal candidates will have: n

Previous sales or customer service experience
n
Strong communication and people skills
n
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
n
A genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals
n
Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
n
Availability for mornings and evenings
n
The following are required: n
Experience in the fitness industry or a leadership role is highly desirable but not essential.
