Job Description
Barwon Water is seeking a Remuneration Officer to join our People team in Geelong. You will manage payroll across the Barwon Water Group, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legislation.

You will liaise with employees to explain remuneration entitlements, address enquiries, and support a payroll experience that is approachable and people-centred. The role emphasises accuracy, service, and continuous improvement in processes.
