Salesforce Functional Consultant :: Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join an established team working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. This is a hands on functional role, working closely with marketing and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
What you'll be doing: n
n
Gathering requirements and running workshops
n
Process mapping and functional solution design
n
Working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
n
Supporting email marketing and campaigns
n
Working with data extensions and external data sources
n
Supporting testing, implementation and user adoption
n
Working closely with technical and business teams
n
What we're looking for: n
n
5+ years' Salesforce functional experience
n
Strong Salesforce CRM experience
n




Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
n
Expert in both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
n
Marketing automation and email marketing experience
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Positive understanding of integrations and data flows
n
Data extensions and external data sources experience
n
Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
n
Experience working with marketing teams and business stakeholders
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
