Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support critical identity services. This role requires deep technical expertise across SailPoint, Radiator, and RSA Authentication Manager, combined with strong operational ownership in a 24/7 enterprise setting.
n The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex IAM issues, while contributing as an individual contributor for L3/L4 support, problem resolution, and service stability.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Act as SME for SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), Radiator RADIUS, and RSA Authentication Manager
n
Provide hands-on L3/L4 support for incident, problem, and service request tickets
n
Drive deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and long-term fixes
n
Support solution validation, integration troubleshooting, and performance tuning
n
Own and manage critical incidents and major incident calls (MIM)
n
Ensure adherence to SLA-driven ticket resolution and service stability
n
Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and issue prevention activities
n




Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management artifacts
n
Engage with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners
n
Provide clear, proactive, and timely communications during incidents and escalations
n
Act as technical point of contact for service delivery and escalations
n
n
Required Skills and Experience:
n
n
Core IAM & Authentication Technologies
n
Strong hands-on experience in:
n
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
n
Radiator RADIUS Server
n
RSA Authentication Manager
n
Proven experience in L3/L4 support and problem ticket resolution as an Individual Contributor
n
Robust capability in incident handling, RCA, and system troubleshooting
n
Experience in production support environments for critical security services
n
IAM Functional Knowledge
n
Strong understanding of Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
n
Access provisioning & de-provisioning
n
Authentication and MFA workflows
n
RBAC / governance concepts
n
Lead technical delivery with people management responsibilities
n
Act as primary escalation point for the team
n
Drive stability, resilience, and continuous improvement across IAM services
n
Maintain high service quality in a mission-critical workplace
n
