Job Description
Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative Ltd in Warrnambool, VIC, is seeking a Full-time Contract Case Worker to support Aboriginal children, young people and families within the Targeted Care Package program. The TCP Coordinator will engage care teams and families to progress plans toward returning home or securing kinship/foster arrangements with culturally secure supports.
