Capture Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a position based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift for those with demonstrated experience. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start and a view to permanency for the right candidate.

Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm
n

Monday to Friday
n
n
n
nKey Responsibilities: n
n
n
n
Pick & prepare components from the warehouse for assembly
n
n
Assemble products in accordance with technical drawings, procedures & job instructions
n
n
Reading & interpreting industrial drawings for assembly of industrial fans
n
n
Use of hand & power tools
n
n
Forklift driving
n
n
Manual handling tasks
n
n
Carry out regular maintenance on assembly line tools & report defects to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager
n
n
Assist with warehouse duties as required, including non routine operational tasks
n
n
Maintain clean, organised & protected equipment, machinery & work areas
n
n
n
nRequirements: n
n
n
n
Current & valid forklift licence is
essential
n
n
Ability to read & interpret technical drawings
essential
n
n
Mechanical aptitude, with technical or trade training in mechanical processes considered highly desirable
n
n
Experience using hand & power tools
n
n
Experience using overhead crane advantageous
n
n
Proven ability to work with & meet KPI's
n
n
Basic computer capability across Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
n
n
