Bali Body is seeking a hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to own the global performance function, driving paid acquisition, testing and reporting across markets. You will partner with Creative, eCommerce and CRM to push profitable growth and scale channels including Meta, Google and TikTok.

The role requires strategic leadership, solid data discipline and agency management across multiple regions, with a track record of improving CAC, MER and ROAS.
