Are you an experienced contact centre professional who enjoys problem-solving and getting out from behind the desk when needed? Cornerstone Parking is seeking a confident and customer-focused Cart Park Control Room Operator to support both our central operations and on-site car park activities.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hybrid role combining control room operations with hands-on field support. You'll be the voice and eyes of our operation-monitoring sites, assisting customers, and coordinating responses-while also attending car parks to carry out preventative maintenance and resolve equipment or customer issues when required.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
Car Park Control Room (Primary Duties):
n
n
Monitor live CCTV, intercoms, and parking systems across multiple sites
n
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
n
Assist customers with parking enquiries, payments, and access issues
n
Respond to incidents and coordinate with field staff or contractors
n
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and system activity
n
n
Field-Based Duties:
n
n
Attend car park sites to respond to equipment faults and customer issues
n




Carry out basic preventative maintenance and consumables restocking
n
Troubleshoot ticket machines, boom gates, and payment systems
n
Ensure sites are clean, functional, and operating efficiently
n
Liaise with contractors and escalate technical issues where required
n
n
What We're Looking For

n
Previous experience in a contact centre, call centre, or customer service role.
n
Strong communication skills with a calm and professional phone manner
n
Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
n
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
n
Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
n
Current driver's licence (essential)
n
Availability to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends if required)
n
